This Pinot Noir is a blend of two spectacular vineyards, both made up of old vines. Hand-picked and carefully sorted, the grapes ferment naturally before maturing in French oak for 10 months. No fining has been carried out on this wine to preserve its aromatic finesse. This is a delicate, well-balanced Pinot Noir that goes wonderfully with red meat or Middle Eastern and Moroccan cuisine.
