This Pinot Noir from granite soils was aged for 12 months in 500-liter demi-muids. It is distinguished by its complexity and elegance, offering a captivating sensory experience from the very first glass. This vintage is full-bodied and well-structured, with a deep hue. Black fruit aromas such as blackberry and black cherry are accompanied by a light, controlled woody touch. The silky tannins will allow it to evolve over time. A perfect accompaniment to red meats, game and cheeses.
