Pinot Noir Carbonic 2021 is a natural australian wine produced by Brendon Keys from BK Wines.

A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from vines planted at 300 metres altitude in the village of Lenswood, in southeast Australia. The grapes are grown organically and harvested by hand, followed by carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, fermentations and maturation in large casks that have seen several wines. Bottled in the spring (we’re in the Southern hemisphere!), with neither filtering nor fining, andzero added sulphur for this vintage.

All of the cuvées by BK Wines sold on our website are imported into France by SARL Pur Jus.
