It’s fresh and invigorating and at the same time juicy and full, delightful and accessible with a touch of interesting earthy notes and spice. Notes of sour cherry, raspberry and spices throughout the aromas and on the palate. Lovely. We recommend serving chilled but not very cold (around 30-40 minutes in the fridge)
