Located in Sisquoc in Santa Barbara County, the vines benefit from a particularly cool, sunny climate, where the fruit produced is intense. Produced from a selected, limited harvest, this cuvée is one of the great AmericanPinot Noir wines . This wine has a rich aromatic bouquet with notes of plum, strawberry and black berries. There are hints of spice, due to the 10 monthsâ€?ageing in French oak barrels. With its deep ruby colour, this Pinot Noir is complex and silky on the palate, with well-balanced tannins. It goes perfectly with a cheese platter or white meats!
