A family history dating back to the 17th century.One that has evolved over the years. And its range has developed strongly over that time. Notably with the arrival of the “Sauvage” range – bothorganicand vegan certified. This organic Pinot Noir has melting tannins and gentle spice aromas. It pairs perfectly with typicalAlsatiandishes such as tarte flambée, or even a good piece of fish or a cheese platter, a salad or some meat. The label design was created by Missy, a street artist from Strasbourg. The illustration is an ode to nature and life’s pleasures.
