Pinotto 2022 is an organic italian red wine from Azienda Agricola Le Coste produced without added sulfites by Clémentine Bouvéron & Gian Marco Antonuzi

A blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah, grown in the Quercennali vineyard, planted on two different plots at 470 meters, result of two massal selections, one derived from the PNT vineyard, the other directly from Yann Durieux Burgundy’s estate. Manual harvest with a beautiful maturity. Vinification: whole clusters, carbonic maceration forabout one month. Pressing, end of fermentation and aging in 5 hl oak barrels, for a total of one year, then maturation in bottle for about six further months. Unfined, unfiltered, without added SO2.
