Piper Heidsieck Brut Vintage 2014 is assembled from 19 crus, mostly Grand and Premier Cru. 45% Chardonnay, which lends great freshness and crispness to the blend, and 55% Pinot Noir, which contributes to Piper’s signature structure, power and refinement.

This exceptional vintage Champagne is given at least 5 years ageing on lees, and a further year post-disgorgement, before being released. It now shows an exceptional balance between a flamboyant, spicy, ripe fruit character and remarkable freshness and poise. Drinking beautifully now, it also promises to age gracefully until at least 2037.
