A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this sparkling forms a foamy white mousse which fades into a pale straw coloured base that’s finely threaded by a steady bead. Citrus, baked bread and pear aromas are trailed by some yeast lees and subtle chalky notes. Well meshed flavours of citrus, apple, baked bread, yeast lees and biscuit grace the mouth watering palate which is sculptured by crisp acidity. Showing good length and tension, it has a dry chalky finish.Alc. 12%
