The stunning flora/fruity opening aroma is transcendent, ethereal and intensely marshmallow-like; further time in the sampling glass of eight minutes releases additional fragrance of vanilla, cocoa and milk chocolate. Entry is cinnamon-like and gently sweet, as the sugary molasses taste turns very soft and chewy; mid-palate taste profile reminds me of holiday spice cake, rum-flavored chocolates and sugar cookies.
