The Pleine Lune cuvée is a blend of typically southern grape varieties but vinified like a greatBurgundywine: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Ageing lasts one year in barrels that have contained 2 to 5 wines. On tasting, there is a very nuanced nose with complex notes of smoke and hazelnut. On the palate, it is pure, precise and lively with a full-bodied, long finish. This is a beautiful interpretation that is well worth discovering!
