“PMGâ€?is simply the initials of “pour ma gueuleâ€?(for my mouth), a little nod from the winemaker who would have gladly kept this cuvée for himself (in fact, there is very little available for sale). We managed to get our hands on a few bottles so you can discover this wine that breaks all the rules! Niellucio (pronounced without the “Oâ€?for connoisseurs!) is aged for two years in barrels. The result? A fruity, juicy red with notes of blackcurrant and wild blackberries, complemented by spicy and liquorice notes that give it depth with lovely, very supple tannins. Try it with a cheese board or grilled sausage.
