Review Scores 94 pts Wine Spectator â€?This is one of the very few Ports where you can discern a scintilla of over-ripeness on the prune and raisin-scented bouquet. It is very heady, but there is a little nail-varnish in the background. The palate is smooth and viscous on the entry â€?a hedonistic, fiery, honeyed, almost “unctuousâ€?Vintage Port that needs to develop more restraint and reserve on the finish, which is slightly cloying.
