Poiré from Cidrerie du Léguer is a refined interpretation of Breton poiré, made from hand-picked, certifiedorganicpears. This naturally sparklingbrutis vinified with the same artisanal care as the ciders of the house: long fermentation followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, without the addition of sulphites or other additives, faithful to the producer’s “pure juiceâ€?approach. On the nose, the perry seduces with its aromatic finesse, blending fruity notes of ripe pear with delicate floral accents reminiscent of acacia or elderflower. On the palate, it combines freshness, good tension and roundness, offering a full-bodied and light texture with a clean and thirst-quenching finish. This perry is ideal as an aperitif or with fruity desserts, such as a homemade rhubarb tart, but it also pairs well with light dishes, salads or fresh cheese.
