This wine conveys the expression of the ancient, 300-year-old pear trees that are 20 metres tall and have never been chemically treated. This Poiré Granit vintage stands out for its gentle effervescence that’s super elegant. Its aromatic structure is around apples and pears with notes of lemon and earth. The palate is round and very smooth, then offering a complex finish and a great length. Drink it now or keep it in the cellar for a few years to gain in complexity.
