Pol Roger Balthazar Brut Réserve Non-Vintage Champagne is 12 litres of Pol Roger’s renowned Brut Réserve Champagne. Methuselah comes from the biblical name of Noah’s Grandfather, and is equivalent to 16 bottles of the standard size 75cl Champagne bottle.

The Brut Réserve is the definitive house-style, composed from 30 still base wines drawn from at least two vintages, and is an equal blend of the three varieties of Champagne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

The Chardonnay comes from Epernay itself and the Cête des Blancs and provides lightness and elegance to the champagne; the Pinot Noir comes from the villages of the Montagne de Reims and contributes character and structure; the Pinot Meunier comes from the Vallée de la Marne, adding freshness and roundness to the blend.

The Pol Roger Brut Réserve has been aged in cellars for four years, and the resulting style of the champagne combines distinction, balance and complexity.
