Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs 2015 Vintage Champagne is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes selected from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oger.

This Vintage Champagne has been produced in very limited quantities only and has been aged for 6 years in the Pol Roger cellars before being released. The wine undergoes a full malolactic-fermentation prior to final blending. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle at 9°C in the deepest Pol Roger cellars where the wine is kept until it is riddled by hand. The very fine and persistentmoussefor which Pol Roger is renowned owes much to these deep, cool and damp cellars.
