Pommard 1er Cru “Les Pézerollesâ€?2022, from the Domaine Chassorney is an organic red wine produced by Frédéric Cossard in Saint Romain, Burgundy.

100% Pinot noir from vines planted on a magnificent parcel situated juste above the Climat of Les Petits Epenots. Organic farming, manual harvest and natural vinification. About three weeks of maceration of the whole bunches, 12 months of aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration, no sulphur added.
