This cuvée stands out from the “classic” Côtes-du-Rhône for the majority grape: Carignan. Many of the vines in Carignan were pulled out of the vineyard and not grown for many years, but this variety brings great balance and character to the wine! This 2023 year features lovely fruity notes and scrub, and fine spice. A lovely balance that – at times – reveals the generosity, and crisp lightness! A completely supple cuvée, and an absolute pleasure to discover !
