Porto Noval Black by Quinta Do Noval is a modern Porto with a light structure, focused on the fruit, that was aged for two to three years in casks and vats.

Blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Sousão. The grapes come partly from the Quinta do Noval vineyard, partly from A-class vineyards located in the heart of the Douro Valley. Vinification: 50% of the grapes are crushed and fermented in the lagares, the traditional stone vats of the Quinta. The rest is crushed mechanically and vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C. Blend of wines with an average agingof 2 to 3 years, aged in casks and stainless steel vats to preserve itsfreshness.
