Pale golden‑yellow with subtle green reflections. It opens with ripe yellow orchard fruit, pear, yellow apple and white peach together with lemon‑zest brightness, wildflowers and a hint of toasted almonds and brioche from barrel influence.

Medium‑bodied and balanced, showing smooth texture and vibrant acidity. The fruit carries through as fresh peach and white plum, beneath lies a mineral spine (wet stone, oyster‑shell) that gives structure and precision. The finish is long, gently saline, and elegant rather than overt.

Serve at ~10–12 °C. Ideal with pan‑seared scallops, lobster in a light butter sauce, roasted chicken with herbs, or refined soft‑cheeses.
