This Pouilly-Fumé is harvested from clay-limestone and siliceous subsoils with soils of marl with small oysters, limestone from Villiers and sandy soils of Loire spread around Bouchot. Freshness and dynamism for this cuvée from Domaine Chollet which offers a crunchy mouthfeel and remarkable precision. The whole is sublimated by an aromatic framework on notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. What a delicacy in this fruity/tangy ensemble.
