The historic parcels of the estates in Pouilly are planted around the Loire. This proximity allows the vines to enjoy a unique micro climate. The grapes are harvested at night to keep their aromas, and traditionally vinified in tanks for 15 to 21 days. Fresh and mineral, this vintage is peppery on the palate, with the mildly bitter notes of citrus and a long, elegant finish.
