A popular natural wine by the Ganevats “negocé” business that combines 80% Gamay obtained from the Ganevats’s own 1.5 Hectares of organic vineyards in Morgon, Brouilly and Fleurie, along with a rare Jura variety Enfariné that grows in their Jura vineyards, all vinified by them in Jura. Delicious, very drinkable and explosive; mouthwatering aromas followed by a juicy, luscious sip that envelopes the entire palate with memories of dark fruit and over-ripe sour cherry.A small quantity is available (the winery received many hundred-folds of orders than the produced amount), we recommend opening 20 minutes before drinking. Can be served lightly chilled.
