Pradelou–2021–LaTerrassed’Elise

The cuvée Pradelou 2021 from La Terrasse d’Elise is produced in Languedoc by Xavier Braujou. A 100% Cinsault cuvée from young vines of Cinsault.

First vintage for this 100% Cinsault cuvée from three-year-old vines (first year that it’s possible to make wine from it) planted by Xavier on soils of rolled pebbles and limestone scree. Manual harvest. Vinification: gentle extraction, one year of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate with a low dose of sulphur.
