Presse 2021 Magnum from Domaine Houillon is a natural red wine with no added sulphites, blended with Grenache and Syrah, produced by Aurélien Houillon.

Blend: 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Syrah from old vines farmed organically and planted on slightly sandy clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested with low yields: 19 hl/ha. Natural vinification: 100% destemmed, 10 weeks of maceration in stainless steel tanks, with only the press juice used in this cuvée (it’s the “sister” cuvée to Canne, which contains only the free-run juice). Aged in barrels that have seen several wines, bottled without fining or filtration, no added sulfur.
