From a single clay-limestone parcel, the Syrah stood out in a large tasting for its layered florals, black pepper spice and food-friendly tannins. To elevate texture and aromatics, 5% Viognier was added to the blend – offering lift, roundness, and a touch of Côte-Rôtie elegance. The result is a seriously refined red that overdelivers on character, depth and drinkability.
