This fashionable Italian sparkler is a real jewel from the Veneto region. Pale light yellow in colour with a fine mousse it is delicately fruity and slightly aromatic in bouquet. On the palate there are hints of flowers among which honey and wild apple scents are notable. It is well balanced and light. (abv 11%)

These producers mean business. The impressive Casa Vinicola Botter was founded in 1928 and is still owned and run by the same family, and they are an ambitious bunch! From humble beginnings with just a 100 hectare estate, the family can now proudly boast working with producers right across Italy, including the regions of Puglia, Molise, Abruzzo and Sicily.
