An accessible, versatile and refreshing South African white wine, well worth discovering! Produced in the Western Cape vineyards, on granite and schist soils, this Chenin Blanc 2025 is the result of an atypical vintage: a very rainy winter followed by a dry and sunny season, favourable for the concentration and freshness of the grapes. Harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel vats, the wine was aged on fine lees for several months to bring roundness and smoothness. From the first sip, subtle floral notes of chamomile are perceived, combined with aromas of peach, nectarine and ripe apple, enlivened by a lively acidity and a slight mineral tension. The wine displays beautiful definition, combining volume, brightness and precision, with a clean and persistent finish.
