Black fruit, cocoa beans, and faintly spiced garrigue aromas are all prominent in the Eole Rouge’s bouquet. This sensual, fragrant, and delectable wine was aged for 18 months in concrete vats and features soft, delicate tannins.

Since 1993, Eole has embraced sustainable viticulture in the Alpilles, in Provence, banning weedkillers and focusing on ecological balance.

They grow traditional Mediterranean grapes, control yields, and harvest by hand at peak ripeness.

The result: wines rich in aroma and finesse.
