Our white wines, planted high in a little, forgotten valley in the heart of the Alpilles, in Provence, have a richness that is nicely counterbalanced by lovely acidic notes. They produce a rich perfume of freshness and delicacy. Eole White, which is airy and has faint apricot and peony aromas, has enduring tension and purity all the way to the end.

Since 1993, Eole has embraced sustainable viticulture in the Alpilles, banning weedkillers and focusing on ecological balance.

They grow traditional Mediterranean grapes, control yields, and harvest by hand at peak ripeness.
