Puligny-Montrachet Les Nosroyes is produced from a 1.13-hectare plot located at the foot of the hillside north of the village, just below the renowned Premier Cru Les Perrières. The nose is of pear and precious wood, revealing a few notes of ageing (12 months in oak barrels), while aeration completes the bouquet with sweet spices: Chardonnay in all its mineral and oriental complexity. On the palate, it is expansive: both rich and invigorating, the wine is full-bodied and leaves a long trail of white fruit before plunging the palate into a chalky finishâ€?/p>
