A beautifully elegant wine, the fruit of 40-year-old vines that flourish on the prestigious terroirs of Puligny-Montrachet: Tremblots, Rue aux Vaches, Houillères, Paupillots and Nosroyes. The limestone and marl soil gives the wine a unique richness. Manual harvesting, careful sorting and slow pressing in our pneumatic press are followed by 14 months of ageing in French oak barrels, without stirring, revealing the full aromatic complexity of this wine. A treasure to be savoured and/or kept.
