Punk’s Pinot Dead is an expressive Pinot Noir obtained exclusively from the pressed juice. It is full of crunchy red fruit bursting with explosive power, yet remaining calm, silky/juicy and extremely well balanced. Like all of the red wines from Domaine Delhomme, it was raised for approximately 12 months in old barrels. We recommend serving slightly chilled (10-15 minutes in the fridge). Would pair well with beef bourguignon and also with pizza.
