PurJus–2020–BKWines

Pur Jus 2020 is a natural australian wine produced by Brendon Keys from BK Wines. A Pur Jus exclusivity. Label created by the artist Russ Pope.

A blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Cabernet Franc, a single vineyard cuvée from a parcel of Pinot Noir grafted on Cabernet Franc vines, of which 10% continue to produce Cab Franc. The vines are planted on a U-shaped vine parcel, frequently shrouded in mist, at 460 metres altitude, with sandstone and quartz soils over red clay. The grapes are hand harvested, then macerated 3 weeks, and matured in a single French oak barrel that has seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, with a microdose of sulphur at bottling, for 30 mg/litre of total SO2.

All of the cuvées by BK Wines sold on our website are imported into France by SARL Pur Jus.
