Youthfull, juicy and simply delicious. The “dress” (colour in french wine lingo) is intense orange with pink reflections obtained from the long maceration of this Pinot Gris (pinot grigoio) grapes. A distinguished wine, a little hard to describe. It is soft and full with spicy citrusy notes and a candied mildly sweet finish. Very accessible orange wine to be enjoyed with smoked fish, grilled meats and Mediterranean dishes.
