Devesa 20 Year White The 20 Years White Port is a field blend from old vines (50 plus years). It was bottled in January 2015 with 105 grams per liter of residual sugar. Fresh, lovely and delectable, this is perfectly balanced, focused and young. There isn’t a lot of complexity early on (noting that this a 20), but it does show some more mature flavors as it airs and warms. Impeccably balanced, this is a beautiful 20 that lingers endlessly and tastes just great. Note that this was tasted from a 500-milliliter bottle.

Devesa 10 Year Old Tawny Sweet nutty notes of marzipan blended with toasty blanched almonds and a hint of spirit. Soft, smooth and well rounded with crème caramel and flavors of Frangelico. Creamy on the opening, shows its power and its structure, evolving nicely and finishing with grip and tension.

Devesa 2017 Late Bottled Vintage The Quinta da Devesa 2017 Late Bottled Vintage comes from a single harvest, only from noble grape varieties. It is aged four to six years in barrels before being bottled. It is without a doubt a distinct, powerful, challenging, full and harmonious LBV, with very well-structured tannins, great freshness and purity of fruit. After opening the bottle, its peak lasts for 15 to 30 days.In order to maintain the excellent characteristics of this wine, bottling uses the same method as Vintage, without any prior treatments. As it is an unfiltered wine, it can be drunk immediately, but it will age beautifully in a cellar waiting for complexity. This wine is subject to deposits and should therefore be decanted before serving.

Devesa 2019 Vintage Port The 2019 Quinta da Devesa Vintage Port is a powerful yet refined wine, with a deep purple hue and an expressive nose of blackberries, cassis, violets, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and structured, with rich dark fruit, firm tannins, and vibrant acidity that brings balance and freshness. Notes of fig, licorice, and spice lead to a long, complex finish. While approachable with decanting, it promises decades of graceful aging. A natural match for blue cheese or dark chocolate.
