Plenty of dark fruit carried by an intense note of cassis wrapped round a fleshy, tannic core. Good harmony in the mouth, slightly sappy with elderberry coming through on the finish. Lovely length and structure overall, this is a fine, balanced wine for the mid-term, a deliciously fresh and fruity Noval. 5-15+ years.
