A bright, textural and refreshing Portuguese white from the organic vineyards of Quinta do Olival da Murta near Serra de Montejunto. The wine is a blend of Arinto, Fernão Pires, and a touch of Moscatel graúdo, each fermented separately with native yeasts and gentle skin contact before blending.

It shows a pale straw colour with green highlights. Aromas include citrus fruit, green apple, delicate floral notes and hints of herbal freshness. On the palate it is crisp, mineral‑driven and intensely fresh, with structure from lees‑ageing and a long yet balanced finish featuring citrus peel and dried fruit nuance
