This Crozes-Hermitage seduces with its aromas of tart red fruits and a touch of black pepper very typical of Syrah, supported by elegant and silky tannins. Aged in vats to preserve its freshness, it faithfully reflects the granite terroir and rounded pebble terraces of the northern Rhône valley. A supple and dynamic wine, to be enjoyed now with salads, cold meats or white meats, it offers excellent value for money for discovering the appellation.
