This wine is made with 30% whole bunch fermentation, as is the case for most of Róisín’s wines, which contribute delightful floral notes to traditional summer fruit notes of strawberry and raspberry, while increasing the perception of brightness and fruit ripeness. A fine tannic structure and an earthy note adds to the complexity and elegance of this wine.

Róisín Curley is a multifaceted figure, serving as a winemaker, micro-negotiant, pharmacist in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, and ultimately a Master of Wine. Roisin is committed to acquiring the highest quality grapes from small parcels for her wines and she has forged close connections with the growers throughout Burgundy to ensure complete oversight of the procedure, resulting in such remarkable quality.
