We asked him to create us a wine which has the instant, joyful accessibility of the classic Black Pig wines as well as the funky, ultra-premium look and feel of the wild and inventive 5OS range – and this is what he delivered. The Raging Roo Shiraz is crafted from 100% Barossa Valley grapes of some of the region’s oldest, most closely guarded vines.
