It is a blend of Syrah, Duras, Braucol, Jurançon and little Mauzac – varieties local to this Southwestern region. 9.5% ABV of delicious foamy fun that would be a delightful aperitif. And the warning: It is bottled under strong pressure. We recommend chilling it standing up. To prevent spillage at the opening, have a glass at hand and pour immediately.
