Celebrated sommelier and winemaker Raj Parr has long been revered for his pursuit of purity and site expression. For many years, he crafted a series of singular, small-batch bottlings under his wine club label — often one-off releases exploring exceptional vineyard parcels tucked into the cool, coastal pockets of California. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled with little to no added SO₂, these wines are defined by transparency, vitality, and a vivid sense of place.

The Amrita Pinot Noir is sourced from Rim Rock Vineyard in the Arroyo Grande Valley, just north of the Sta. Rita Hills. Crafted from 100% whole clusters and aged for six months in neutral French oak puncheons, the wine speaks clearly of its coastal origins.

The nose is lifted and expressive, unfolding with wild strawberry, cinnamon spice, and delicate hibiscus tea. On the palate, it’s silken yet energetic – layers of vibrant red fruit interwoven with subtle spice and bright, mouthwatering acidity. The finish is pure and lingering, leaving an impression of elegance and effortless drinkability.
