Rathfinny Estate Blanc de Noirs 2016 Sparkling Wine Magnum 150cl is created using 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier grapes, hand-harvested from the Rathfinny Wine Estate in East Sussex. This is the first vintage of their premium Pinot Noir/Pinot Meunier blend and has aged on the lees for 36 months.

The Rathfinny estate is the perfect site for growing sparkling wine grapes with thin, clay loam soils over chalk creating great sources of water for the vines and the semi-continental climate of the region being very similar to that of Champagne, France.
