Rums have been made at the Rum Co. of Fiji distillery in Latouka since 1980 using hand-cut sugar cane grown in the island’s rich volcanic soils. Their ten year old is a full flavoured, molasses based white rum, produced using a continuous still, filtered through coconut shell carbon. The result is a deliciously smooth white rum.
