Las Gundinas is the wine that sees the most adaptation year to year. The style is supple and stylish with a core of truffley sweet earth, more red-fruit based and ripe, pliant tannins. In 2020, this was one of the first vineyards they picked and they opted for larger format aging for half of the production in order to retain freshness.
