Harvested by hand, this Saint-Joseph reveals the artisanal care given to each bunch of grapes. Completely destemmed, the grapes ferment for around two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with regular punching down and pumping over. After 10 months of ageing in oak barrels and light filtration, the result is a wine with an intense, clear red colour, as bright as its terroir. The nose explodes with fresh raspberries, blackcurrant syrup and red berries. On the palate, the attack is supple and fruity, giving way to beautiful concentration, mellow tannins and a spicy finish.
