Made from 40-45-year-old Gamay vines on granite slopes, this Moulin-à-Vent is harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Its semi-carbonic maceration in whole bunches, followed by ageing in concrete vats, gives it a velvety texture and a refined structure reminiscent ofPinot Noir . On the nose, aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, violet and fine spices enchant the palate. The palate is rich and elegant, with supple tannins, a lingering saline finish and expressive freshness. A vibrant, complex and already seductive wine, to be enjoyed now or kept for a few years.
