A clean and bright white wine with pronounced salinity and notes of nectarines and stone fruit.

The wine is dry, textured and very refreshing. A great wine for food as the saline notes really bring out the flavour of food. It’s almost like the wine is seasoning your meal.

The grapes that have been used to make this wine were hand Harvested in Pfalz, Germany and shipped to London in refrigerated lorries.

The wine has been bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Most of the grapes were whole bunch pressed and wild fermented (no added yeast) in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness.
